How do I access the 360Converge platform?

We believe technology should be easy, so we made 360Converge accessible from any computer. Once you setup your workflows our automation engine will go to work delivering texts and emails to all your customers.

Why is 360Converge texting better than what I already have in my CRM?

Does 360Converge Integrate with my CRM Provider?

Yes, our platform integrates with all automotive CRM systems using the standard integration of XML/ADF which enables us to communicate with any CRM.

How does 360Platform work?

360Platform in an omnichannel text and email marketing automation engine. The product will send automated texts and emails to your customers during their entire ownership cycle with the dealership using personalized messaging at scale.

Can I send pictures and videos to my customers?

Absolutely, we believe there should be no limitations between you and your customers and using pictures and video is a powerful way to shoe and explain.

Do my salespeople use their own phone number for texting?

No, our platform is designed to protect the dealership and the shopper information. We do this by enabling your dealership with it own text dealership number for all customer conversations. We then store all of this information in our cloud for easy access. We can also use an existing 800 number that supports text messaging and is already owned by the dealership.

360Insight is a lead intelligence tool that takes the limited information you receive from your dealerships incoming leads and expands the information to create a comprehensive shopper profile helping you to increase your contact and engagement with your leads.

Can’t I just Google my leads to find out information?

Sure, but 360Converge’s identity resolution engine accurately clusters a vast array of hard-to-connect identity information not found by standard research tools within milliseconds giving you the most advanced comprehensive profile of your leads.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you would like us to accept purchase order or take any other offline payment, please contact your account manager, or write to billing@360converge.com

Are there any setup fees?

Yes, 360Platofrm does have a set-up fee. We scrub and hygiene all your data before it is uploaded onto the platform and work with you to create the optimum workflows that match your existing dealership processes.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, 360Converge is a service that you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

What happens if I exceed our available Text or Insight credits?

We are here to always support your dealership so we will notify you before you ever run out of credits so you can easily purchase more.

How can I add or remove people from our account?

Really easy you can log into the platform and chose the user you want to remove. If for any reason you need assistance, please reach out to your Customer Experience Manager.

Refund & Cancellation

Can I cancel our account at any time?

Yes, if you ever decide that 360Converge isn’t the best automotive texting platform from your dealership, simply cancel your account from your 360Converge admin account. Boom it is that easy.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There’s no contract. You can cancel at any time without penalty. We stand behind our products and want to ensure you get the results you need for your dealership.

Is my data safe?

We take data security seriously at 360Converge. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our datacenter is also EU safe harbor compliant and all our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

Is 360Converge data compliant with GDPR and CCPA?

Is 360Converge TPCA compliant for texting?
