There are no set up fees or hidden charges with any of our products or plans. We are focused on your business from day one.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, 360Converge is a service that you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on “Plans & Billing” in your 360Converge admin account, to change your plan.

What happens if I exceed our available Text or Insight credits?

We are here to always support your dealership so we will notify you before you ever run out of credits so you can easily purchase more.

Can I add or remove salespeople from our account?

Yes, at any time you can add or remove salespeople. Each automotive salesperson will be given a local dedicated phone number to use either on the desktop or mobile application.

Refund & Cancellation

Can I cancel our account at any time?

Yes, if you ever decide that 360Converge isn’t the best automotive texting platform from your dealership, simply cancel your account from your 360Converge admin account. Boom it is that easy.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There’s no contract. You can cancel at any time without penalty. We stand behind our products and want to ensure you get the results you need for your dealership.
