360Converge enables compliance with the GDPR when we process personal data on behalf of our automotive dealership customers.
The data protection framework in the European Union (EU) maintains the important distinction between controllers of personal data, and third parties that process personal data on behalf of controllers.
In delivering our services, 360Converge is a processor, processing personal data (provided by our customers) on their behalf. The GDPR required us, and our EU customers as controllers or processors, to ensure compliance mechanisms and data protection measures.
